1. WHY WOULD I USE THE GORE-TEX ONE MARKETING PORTAL AND HOW WILL IT HELP ME WITH MY ASSET NEEDS?

The GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal is your one-stop resource for our brand and product marketing assets. It is separated into two distinct spaces so you can find everything you’ll need to communicate about either Consumer Products or Professional Products — all in one place.

In the future, you’ll also find brand guidelines, product support, and even training for buyers and internal colleagues. We'll continue to evolve to suit your needs, so feel free to send us feedback.

2. DOES THE GORE-TEX ONE MARKETING PORTAL REPLACE ALL FORMER ASSET-STORING AND ASSET-SHARING PLATFORMS?

Yes, and our goal is to provide even more assets and information you’ll find helpful. We’re still developing the GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal, so please be patient while we work to give you the best experience. If you have any feedback on what can be improved or things you’d like to see, let us know.

3. WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THE ASSETS I'VE ALREADY SAVED FROM OTHER PLATFORMS?

All previous assets from Gore Protective Fabrics and the GORE-TEX Brand that are still relevant can be found here. The GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal will always have the most up-to-date assets, so we kindly ask you to re-download any existing assets you have from this Marketing Portal. Our goal is to continuously update the GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal with new and relevant assets, so we recommend checking back on a regular basis—you can even stop by just to find inspiration.

4. IS IT JUST FOR ASSETS OR WHAT ELSE WILL THE PLATFORM BE USED FOR?

For the time being, the GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal will only have assets. We have separated the portal into two distinct spaces: one space for consumer fabrics and one for professional fabrics. We’re constantly improving the experience and hope to soon offer also integrated online trainings and additional campaign information or other things that you might find useful.

5. WILL I BE ABLE TO FIND HERE THE ASSETS I NEED FOR PROFESSIONAL FABRICS?

Yes, everything you need should be here. If you are missing an asset, please let us know via the contact form.

6. WILL I BE ABLE TO FIND OTHER GORE ASSETS HERE THAT AREN'T GORE-TEX RELATED OR GORE PROTECTIVE FABRICS -RELATED?

No. The GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal is only for the GORE Fabrics Ingredient Business.

7. WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR?

8. HOW SECURE IS THE PLATFORM? CAN NON-REGISTERED USERS ACCESS ASSETS OR CAN REGISTERED USERS SHARE THEIR ACCESS RIGHTS?

We built the GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal to meet international standards of security. Unfortunately, this means non-registered users won’t be able to access this experience. For security reasons, we do not recommend sharing access rights.

9. WHAT IF I HAVE ASSETS OF MY OWN TO UPLOAD? CAN I SHARE THEM HERE?

No, you won’t be able to upload or share your own assets. To maintain consistent and high-quality standards, the GORE-TEX ONE Marketing Portal only provides approved GORE-TEX Brand- or Gore Protective Fabrics-related assets, information, and documents. We’re working on improvements that may allow you to customize your assets in the future, and we will let you know as soon as any new features are available.
