The Site Content may include: (i) marketing assets to download for your communications, (ii) online assets to customize your website and recommendations and ideas about its use and (iii) Brand Guidelines for proper use of Gore brand logo and trademarks, and (iv) training documents and training courses and (iv) on-product brand guidelines. Gore compiles the material on the Site with great care, and ensures that it is regularly updated. Gore does not promise full, uninterrupted or error free operation of the Site and does make no representations, warranties or undertakings about the Site Content (including, without limitation, any as to quality, accuracy, completeness or reliability). In particular with regard to the embeddable web elements Gore does not guarantee an uninterrupted or error free operation of the embed code once it has been entered into your source code.
Access to the Site is restricted to authorized users only, and Gore will need to collect certain personal data, such as name, company name, email address, and your relation to Gore, in order to register you as an authorized user and grant you access to the Site. Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities and operations. By providing personal data to us, you agree to Gore's use and Gore's sharing of your personal data as set out above and to any additional rules that we may post on this Site. Gore trademarks and associated Gore logos are protected worldwide. Gore trademarks and Gore logos may only be used in conjunction with goods produced by Gore or with the express permission of Gore. The Gore corporate logo can only be used by Gore or with Gore’s express permission.
Gore hereby grants to users a limited, non-transferable and non- exclusive and revocable right to (i) access the Site and (ii) use, reproduce, and publicly display the Site Content for its own marketing activities in order to describe and promote the features and benefits of Gore Products and provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices related to the respective material is retained (“Right of Use”). Unless Gore provides the option for customization for individual materials the Right of Use does not include the right to modify or edit the Site Content. Texts may be used in parts if the context is not distorted. Any other use of the Site Content is strictly prohibited. Site Content may not be used in any manner that is confusing or deceptive and may not be used to promote or sell any products competitive to Gore Products. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved by Gore. Upon Gore’s request at any time, you agree, at Gore’s option, to return or destroy any copies that you have made of the Site Content.
The Site may provide links to other websites and online resources. We are not responsible for and do not endorse such external sites or resources. Other sites may link to the Site with or without our authorization, and we may block any links to or from the Site.
